Quality is at the core of our business. We work in a construction sector that often specifies high levels of tolerances and compliance requirements, to meet these requirements and to ensure the sustainability of our business we have developed processes and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 / 2008 that ensure we meet those requirements. Our processes and procedures have been custom designed for our business for the Construction sector and are continually reviewed for improvement.

Keeping Jagcor employees and all those who work on our site safe is our first priority on all of our projects. We believe there is no reason for our workers to be injured. We have developed systems in accordance with AS/NZS 4801 / 2001 to ensure we have a disciplined and systematic approach to safety. However we believe that a systematic approach is not enough to ensure zero accidents. The second component of our safety approach is in developing a safe culture. This culture comes from leadership, discipline and an understanding to simply think safely.

While Jagcor’s construction projects are generally built to improve the community’s environment, the construction phase of these projects can put the environment at risk. In the same approach as our safety we have developed an Environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 / 2004 to ensure a systematic approach to Environmental Management. This is in addition to developing our culture of environmental awareness through leadership, compliance and understanding of our environment.
